WHAT IS THE STANDARD TURNAROUND TIME?

Our turnaround time can vary based on project type and involvement. Please reach out to discuss availability. Generally our lead time is around 10-15 business days depending on the season.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes.  Every order requires an upfront deposit of half of the invoice total to secure a spot in our production schedule.  We will not move forward with any part of your order without receiving a deposit and approval of an order proof. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. BY ORDERING FROM US, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

We are not open to the public.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM QUANTITY TO ORDER?

Yes - Our minimum is 25 pieces per design for spot color designs and 100 pieces for full color designs.

WHERE CAN I FIND PRICING?

Please fill our the ‘request a quote’ form and we will get back to you as soon as possible to review the details of your project.  Every project is different and it is easiest for us (and you) if we work together on the logistics to provide an accurate and fair price.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

UPS Ground.

WHAT IS YOUR MAX PRINT SIZE?

15” x 21” (approximately).

DO YOU PROVIDE ARTWORK?

We do not currently provide artwork services.

DO YOU OFFER PANTONE MATCHING?

Yes - We can custom mix just about any Pantone color in the standard Pantone book. This does NOT include metallics, pastels, etc. If your artwork contains colors that are not a a part of our off-the-shelf ink system then you will be required to provide Pantone numbers. We are happy to provide assistance.

CAN YOU PRINT MY BANDS FULL COLOR ALBUM COVER?

Yes, we can certainly print full color images if you have the appropriate artwork to yield this process.  This is called ‘Simulated Process Printing’ and is a big part of what we print.  It is also an extremely difficult and time consuming process with an unending amount of variables. A longer turnaround time may be applicable based on the complexity of the artwork and the volume of shirts that are being produced.  We work very closely with our clients on these types of designs to ensure that we are re-producing the artwork as closely to the original design as possible; however, please expect there to be variances in shade/color.  It should be expected that artwork on a computer screen, LP jacket and t-shirt all look slightly different from one another.  Please contact us for more information regarding this process.

DO YOU ONLY PRINT WITH WATER BASE AND DISCHARGE INKS? WHY NOT PLASTISOL?

Yes - We primarily print with water base and discharge inks on a daily basis.  Although there are some extremely rare instances in which we use or have used plastisol, we generally feel that water base and discharge inks yield a much higher quality result that cannot be matched with plastisol.  If you would like to know more about the differences between water base, discharge and plastisol and what they all mean for you and your clients, please let us know.

 

TERMS OF SERVICE


BY ORDERING FROM PYRE PRESS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE:

ORDER PROOFS

Ink and garment colors/style are subject to change or vary without notice based on current ink/garment stock availability. All custom ink matching is done based off of the standard Pantone Solid Coated book (this does not include pastels, metallics, etc.) PYRE PRESS will not proceed with any production until the order proof is approved by the client.

DEPOSIT / BALANCE

All sales are final. This is non-negotiable.

PYRE PRESS will not proceed with any production until a deposit is paid.

Under no circumstances will any order be shipped to the client without payment in full.

SPOILAGE

Over-runs & under-runs are likely. Exact size counts are not guaranteed. Order extras per each size if this is a concern.

Mis-prints will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

PYRE PRESS does not guarantee a refund of any amount in the instance of a mis-print.

DEADLINES / SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIMES

We do our best to meet all deadlines; however, once your order ships, it is in the in hands of the carrier. PYRE PRESS assumes no responsibility for delays in transit caused by UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL or any other carrier.

** COVID-19 NOTICE **

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be added delays in regards to ship time and production time (particularly for international customers). Additionally, due to stock shortages from blank garment manufacturers, the brand/style of the blank may vary slightly without notice from size to size.
